Where are you located?

We offer both in person and online sessions. In person sessions are held in office in Ramsey, NJ. Online sessions are held on HIPAA compliant Google Meet. Our practice is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York. Please note that, for this reason, clients must physically be within NJ or NY state boundaries during online sessions. Do you accept insurance?

Our practice accepts Aetna insurance. We are out of network with other insurances. Superbills can be provided to clients who wish to obtain reimbursement using their out of network benefits. You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate before any services are rendered. Read more about that here.

How does payment work?

Before meeting for your initial intake session, Still Waters Counseling Center require all clients complete a credit card authorization form. This allows transactions to be processed immediately following your session. There is no need for you to do anything further. If the card should be declined at any time during treatment, we will contact you for a more current credit card.
